THE DATA CONTROLLER

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

Our website is protected using security software which is fully GDPR compliant.
All computerised personal data and associated data is held securely on a pass worded laptop, that is locked away in a secure cabinet when not in use.
Any hard copies of documents containing personal data are locked away in a secure cabinet when not in use.
Business and organisation data will be stored confidentially, as per personal data and in accordance with the ICO requirements.
DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA
If we are instructed to dispose of any personal or associated data this is done using a shredder for paper copies and permanent deletion for computerised records.

The Coaching and Support Services is registered with the ICO (reference number ZA475717) and adhere to their strict regulations.
